Sales Consultant – Healthcare Software Software
Are you a people person with a passion for sales and technology? Our client, a fast-growing player in the healthcare software space, is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join their team. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and helping clients get the most out of tech that makes a real difference.
What you’ll be doing
- Reaching out to new clients through cold calls, networking, and leads, and turning those conversations into business opportunities.
- Meeting with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and recommend the right software solution.
- Running product demos and showing off how the system can make a practice run more smoothly.
- Handling installations (both onsite and remote), troubleshooting any issues, and making sure the client is set up for success.
- Training clients so they feel confident using the software day-to-day.
- Building long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent pre- and post-sales support.
- Looking for opportunities to upsell or upgrade packages when it makes sense for the client.
- Keeping your sales pipeline, admin, and reporting up to date.
What we’re looking for
- At least a year of experience in a sales role.
- A background in healthcare or medical software would be a big plus.
- Someone who’s comfortable learning new systems and helping others do the same.
- Great communication and presentation skills — both in person and online.
- A problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable car (this role will involve local travel).
- Matric (or equivalent).
