Job summary
A leading estate agency in Cape Town is seeking a Principal Estate Agent to mentor interns and manage leasing transactions. The ideal candidate should have a National Certificate in Real Estate and relevant experience. Responsibilities include guiding interns, identifying profitable leasing opportunities, and maintaining industry networks. This full-time position offers a chance to significantly impact the agency's operations over the next few years.
Qualifications
- Qualified Principal Estate Agent with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
- 5-10 years of property broker experience in commercial/retail letting.
- Own transport and a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Mentor various Estate Agents during their 12-month internship.
- Identify and conclude profitable leasing transactions for branches.
- Develop and maintain customer networks for lead identification.
