As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales division, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Align sales efforts with production capabilities to ensure delivery capacity.
• Negotiate and close profitable sales contracts and agreements.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to high performance.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conduct regular client visits.
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales within the apparel or clothing manufacturing industry.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong industry network and in-depth market knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel as required.
