Our client in Stikland Industrial, Cape Town is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer / Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the signage industry and be proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. A Matric certificate is required, and a relevant industry qualification will be advantageous. A valid driver's license is essential and non-negotiable. REQUIREMENTS :

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the signage industry (essential)
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Relevant industry qualification (advantageous)
• Valid driver's license (non-negotiable)

DUTIES :

• Operate Mimaki printers, laser engravers, and CNC machines efficiently and safely
• Demonstrate flexibility in working with various types of machinery as required
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment before and after production
• Ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance procedures
• Monitor machine performance during production to maintain optimal efficiency and output
• Set artwork from customer files to print-ready files

HOURS :

• Monday to Thursday : 7 : 45 – 16 : 30
• Friday : 07 : 45 – 14 : 30
