A leading public healthcare organization in Singapore seeks an HR Shared Services team member to deliver quality HR services. The role focuses on managing Work Injury Compensation Claims, overseeing government paid leave submissions, and administering employee benefits. Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in HR preferred. The candidate is part of the HR Shared Services Team to deliver quality, accurate and timely HR services. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure excellent service delivery while overseeing work inquiry compensation claims, government‑paid leave administration, and employee benefits management. You provide first‑line comprehensive operational support within the HR shared services department.
