Job summary

A human resource company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage daily operations, handle payroll processing, and oversee recruitment and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Human Resources or a related field, with at least three years of HR experience. Proficiency in the AGHRM payroll system and Microsoft Office is preferred. Immediate availability is a plus.

Job Description:
  • Managing day-to-day HR operations and activities.
  • Manage payroll processing via AGHRM payroll system.
  • Responsible for work passes administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and medical arrangements.
  • Handle recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding and offboarding for below executive levels.
  • Management and administration of HR-related training (Food Hygiene Course)
  • Update and manage employee records. (Leave, MC Claim, P File)
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements filing due dates for HR-related statutory forms.
  • Manage employee confirmations, benefits and leaves, medical and insurance claims.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience with AGHRM payroll system is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore labour and employment laws.
  • Highly independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
