Charcoal Master Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and efficient HR Admin to join our team in the Sembawang North Region. This full-time role will provide critical administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth running of our human resources processes.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Handling employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  2. Maintaining employee records and personnel files
  3. Providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
  4. Answering HR-related inquiries from employees
  5. Liaising with other departments on HR-related matters
  6. Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  7. Manage office admin tasks including filing, data entry, and supplies coordination
  8. Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc
  9. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor
What we’re looking for
  1. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role in the Food Manufacturing or F&B industry
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications
