About the role

Legacy of Prawn Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR Executive to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the HR operations of our growing company.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling bank statements
  2. Prepare and file statutory reports and tax returns in a timely manner
  3. Assist with payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits
  4. Provide HR support, such as coordinating employee onboarding, managing leave and attendance records, and addressing employee inquiries
  5. Maintain and update the company's financial and HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  6. Support the finance and HR teams in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
What we’re looking for
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounts or HR role, preferably in a small to medium-sized enterprise
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g., Xero)
  3. Proficient in HR administration, including payroll processing and employee data management
  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  5. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
