Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in retail or frontline operations.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for Retail and Distribution Center teams.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and off-boarding.
• Partner with teams for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Support performance review processes and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and prepare HR reports.
