Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Beauty Retail team. This role focuses on recruitment and administrative support, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR operation. You will be instrumental in helping the recruitment cycle, maintaining HR systems, and supporting employee relations within the company.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle for retail positions, interviewing and selecting candidates as assigned
  • Prepare and update recruitment materials such as contracts, job descriptions, and job advertisements.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes, including uniform issuance and POS data access setup and talent card.
HR Administration
  • Update the HR Management System (HRMS) and entering data into the payroll and leave management system (Quick HR).
  • Handle work permit applications, cancellations, and renewals in compliance with MOM work pass processing.
  • Prepare a variety of employee letters including promotions, employment verification, and salary adjustments.
  • Maintain both electronic and paper-based employee personnel files, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Employee Relations
  • Support employee relations as liaison for grievances, issuing warning letters, and managing terminations.
  • Work closely with the Operations and accts teams to ensure accurate and efficient information flow, such as attendance clock-in/out reports, commission data submission and updates, and CPF uploads.
Data Management
  • Perform data entry and processing tasks, including attendance reports, birthday voucher issuance, and pro-family leave reports.
  • Archive employee records in accordance with company policies.
Other Duties
  • Undertake additional adhoc HR-related duties as required (ex. HR outlet visit and audit)
Job Requirements

1.Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.

2.At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience in the Retail, FMCG, or F&B industries, or within a recruitment agency.

3.Strong understanding of HRMS and payroll systems (experience with Quick HR is a plus).

4.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6.Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimum supervision

7.Able to join in short notice is an added advantage
