Job summary
A leading Singaporean company is seeking a skilled professional to handle procurement and HR duties. The role involves developing purchasing strategies, sourcing suppliers, and assisting in recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or HR Management along with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with HRMS systems are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment with varied responsibilities.

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Assist in recruitment processes and interview coordination.

Procurement Duties:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
- Manage purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct market analysis and maintain supplier performance records.
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain issues.
HR Duties:
- Assist in recruitment processes and interview coordination.
- Support payroll administration and leave management.
- Maintain HR documentation for compliance.
- Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Provide HR support.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or HR Management.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement and HR functions.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS systems (InfoTech) and ERP procurement modules.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- High integrity and confidentiality in handling HR matters.
