Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to oversee comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, compensation, and compliance with MOM regulations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on employee relations and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in F&B or Hospitality industry necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and MOM regulations required.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace needed.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
  • Work closely with Department Managers for staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Serve as point of contact for employee enquiries on HR policies.
  • Review and implement HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisal process.
  • Manage monthly payroll accurately.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Work closely with Department Managers to understand and fulfil staffing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee enquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and related matters.
  • Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legal requirements and company practices.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
