Job summary

A human resource consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on a 6-month contract. The role includes coordinating recruitment for temporary staff, supporting staff welfare events, developing internal communications materials, and assisting in finance-related functions. Candidates should have a degree and 1-3 years of experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Salary offered is $3160 per month.

Job Scope
  • Coordinate recruitment and management of temp staff, e.g. assist with posting job ads on job portals, support billing process
  • Support organisation of staff welfare and OD events, e.g. planning, operationalisation (such as logistics, event setup, procurement of supplies)
  • Develop communications materials, such as EDMs and visual content for events, initiatives and/or announcement
  • Update employee information and support the onboarding of new hires
  • Support Finance related functions, e.g. assist with financial reporting, consolidate and disseminate information (such as for audit matters), collate data
  • Assist in admin and facilities management matters
Requirements
  • Degree Qualification
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal), with experience creating internal communications materials such as EDMs or visual content
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation and data management skills
