The candidate is part of the HR Shared Services Team to deliver quality, accurate and timely HR services. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure excellent service delivery while overseeing work inquiry compensation claims, government‑paid leave administration, and employee benefits management. You provide first‑line comprehensive operational support within the HR shared services department.
