Job Details

• Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
• Working location: Genting Lane
• AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Provide HR support, resolve employee queries, and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Manage work passes, coordinate medical check-ups, and maintain HRIS records.
• Process payroll, generate reports, and liaise on Health & Safety claims.
• Support employee welfare programs, ESG/CSR initiatives, and office operations.
• Handle attendance, leave records, and assist with administrative tasks like travel bookings and visa applications.

Job Requirements

• HR Experience in manufacturing, engineering or construction.
• Fortnightly Management meeting – need to reach office at 8.00am
