Job summary

A recruitment and HR solutions company in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Administrator to manage recruitment activities, support onboarding, and organize employee events. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, along with relevant qualifications. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist with various HR-related tasks. Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisements, interview scheduling, and candidate correspondence.
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparation of Letters of Appointment, contract signing, and documentation.
  • Facilitate staff pass applications and updates via relevant platforms (e.g. One@ECDA, Infotech).
  • Prepare absentee payroll information for grant processing.
  • Prepare and process part-time salary in accordance with approved guidelines.
  • Administer employee claims, including Salary Support Funding and leave-related claims (e.g. GPML, PL, SPL).
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of employee engagement/events and welfare-related initiatives.
  • Prepare, draft, and disseminate HR wellbeing communications, including birthday wishes, staff recognition messages and monthly HR newsletters.
  • Assist in coordinating welfare-related support, such as distributing care packs, festive items, or employee wellbeing resources.
  • Provide administrative support for HR systems, including Infotech.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files (P-files), both physical and digital.
  • Manage HR WhatsApp communications and shared HR inbox correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support for the appraisal process, including coordination and documentation (without ownership of performance outcomes).
  • Assist in drafting and updating policy flowcharts and HR process documentation.
  • Prepare non-urgent HR correspondence, such as confirmation letters and standard HR communications.
  • Provide adhoc administrative support to Corporate Services Department where required, including but not limited to event coordination support, vendor sourcing and liaison, basic bookkeeping support, preparation of administrative documentation, and coordination of schedules and logistics.
  • Undertake other administrative duties as assigned to support organisational needs.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources is required.
  • A Diploma in Human Resources or a related field would be an advantage.
  • Able to commence from 1st April 2026 onwards (not any earlier/later).
