About the Role

The Human Resource Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, internship and work-study programmes, work pass administration, HR systems, insurance matters, and training & development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to plan and coordinate manpower requirements.
  • Coordinate internship and work-study diploma attachment programmes by liaising with industry partners, educational institutions, and participating schools.
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Manage employee insurance matters, including enrolment and WICA claims.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and documentation, conduct regular HRMS updates, and ensure data integrity across all HR systems.
  • Manage and maintain company uniform and safety shoe stock inventory, including regular updates and replenishment tracking.
  • Administer company uniform and safety shoe inventory, maintaining stock records, tracking usage, and coordinating timely replenishment.
  • Administer training records, monitor training effectiveness, and handle registration and coordination of training courses.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc HR tasks and special projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • 2 years of relevant HR experience (Senior Executive level, depending on experience).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and coordination.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and knowledge of employment regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
