A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks an experienced administrative professional to manage Work Pass matters, payroll, and worker-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in administrative roles within the construction industry, be fluent in both Mandarin and English, and possess the ability to communicate effectively with foreign workers. This role involves handling employee onboarding, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and supporting company welfare initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • 10 years’ experience in administrative roles.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all Work Pass related matters.
  • Manage payroll administration.
  • Liaise with government authorities regarding worker matters.
