After much success with “Butter Royale”, “Disney Melee Mania”, “Mighty Action Heroes” and our latest Real Money Gaming Platform “GOAT Gaming”, we are looking for an experienced and talented Senior UI/UX Designerwho is obsessed about creating an intuitive and butter-smooth user experience for our products via objective driven and data informed UX/UI solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, engineers, designers, the growth team, and the art team to define and deliver user experience solutions. Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive designs that align with product goals.
• Brand & Design System Leadership: Establish, drive, and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, style guides, and mood boards to ensure a consistent and distinctive look and feel across all breakthrough products.
• UI Asset Creation: Design and refine intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging interface elements (e.g., menus, buttons, icons, animations) that enhance usability and align with brand standards.
• Data-Driven Design & Quality Assurance: Integrate user feedback and performance analytics into the design process. Ensure all design solutions are not only innovative but also accessible and measurable against established success criteria.
• User Research & Testing: Plan and conduct user research and usability testing. Analyze feedback to iteratively improve UI/UX designs and ensure they meet real user needs.
• Trend Monitoring & Insight Sharing: Stay current on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices—especially within the Web3 space—and proactively share insights and actionable recommendations with the team.
• Team & Resource Management: Lead the UI team by managing task allocation, setting priorities, and mentoring team members. Oversee the engagement and performance of freelancers and external partners to ensure high-quality design deliverables.

As a successful candidate, you would have:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• A product-driven mindset and data-informed decision making.
• Excellent communication skills across disciplines.
• Proven success in crafting user flows and journeys.
• Proficiency with FIGMA.
• Experience in the Web3 space and with Generative AI.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and/or game design, with strong art, graphic, and typography skills.

Bonus:

• Motion graphics and animation skills.
• Marketing art production experience.
