Located in the heart of Orchard Road, Hilton Singapore Orchard offers a prime location for exploring Singapore’s shopping and entertainment district. The hotel features five dining options, over 1,000 rooms, and 2,400 square meters of event space, with convenient access to nearby attractions like Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, and Universal Studios Singapore.

Role Description:

The General Manager oversees daily hotel operations and provides leadership to ensure outstanding guest service and financial performance.

Responsibilities include:

1. Champion Business Excellence: Drive financial success and guest satisfaction, develop revenue strategies, monitor market trends, and seize new opportunities.
2. Lead with Vision: Inspire excellence, develop team performance, foster a thriving workplace, manage operations meticulously, and continuously improve guest experience.
3. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial data, and adjust strategies to meet financial goals.
4. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of hotel upkeep, safety, and guest satisfaction through regular inspections and improvement initiatives.
5. Owner Relations: Build strong relationships with hotel owners and serve as a liaison with corporate entities.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in large, full-service or luxury hotels, with international exposure, especially in Asia or the Middle East, and extensive F&B experience.
• Track record of driving revenue and commercial returns.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Innovative, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to industry changes.
