A hospitality management company based in Singapore is seeking a Human Resource professional to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate has at least one year of HR experience and possesses strong interpersonal skills. This role involves handling administrative tasks, organizing employee welfare activities, and preparing monthly reports. A good understanding of Microsoft Office is essential.
Manage full spectrum of Human Resource functions in recruitment, employee engagement and administration.
Handle work injury related matters.
Handle work pass application/renewal/cancellation and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Handle leave and medical claims.
Organize and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
Maintain and update employees' personal files.
Prepare monthly reports.
Take on additional projects/assignments as and when required.
Minimum one year of Human Resource experience.
Ability to work in fast paced environment, multi-task and well organized.
Possess initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.
People oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office application.
