The successful candidate will be responsible for monthly payroll processing, handling the full employment cycle, and managing work pass applications. Job description

Headquartered in Singapore and listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Myanmar, its subsidiary, Wong Fong Engineering Works (1988) Pte Ltd (WFE) is inviting aspiring HR executives to join our HR Shared Services team within the Group HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly payroll processing from system updating, data processing, statutory contribution, income tax declaration, and payroll summary reporting.
  • In charge of full employment cycle from recruitment & selection, on-boarding & off-boarding process management.
  • Work pass application, cancellation, and renewal.
  • In charge of training administration.
  • In charge of various government HR grant applications.
  • Statutory government claim submission including but not limited to maternity claim, paternity claim, NS claim, childcare claim etc.
  • Managing auditor for HR documents request.
  • Manage employee relations and able to liaise with Head of Department for HR issue.
  • Manage regional HR office (e.g. Malaysia and Myanmar).
  • Undertake other HR initiatives and ad-hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management with 3 years of HR generalist working experience, including payroll administration.
  • Experience in using Info-Tech system will be added advantaged.
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, and responsible team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels.
  • Pro-active with minimum supervision.
