Job summary

A leading tech company in Singapore seeks an HR Administrator to handle employee onboarding, work pass administration, and training compliance. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records and providing general HR support. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparation of Letters of Appointment and onboarding documentation.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate training administration, including sourcing training courses and tracking attendance.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding and salary adjustments.
  • Assist in maintaining HR reports and respond to basic employee HR queries.
Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Onboarding & Employee Administration
    • Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparation of Letters of Appointment (LOA) and onboarding documentation.
    • Maintain accurate employee records.
    • Prepare HR related letters and documentation.
  2. Work Pass Administration
    • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
    • Liaise with MOM, agents, and internal stakeholders on work pass matters.
  3. Training & Compliance
    • Coordinate training administration, including:
      1. Sourcing training courses and providers
      2. Tracking attendance and completion
    • Maintain up-to-date records of mandatory training requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.
    • Support training cost and training hours tracking.
  4. Employee Life Cycle Management
    • Provide administrative support throughout the employee life cycle, including:
      1. Onboarding
      2. Confirmation
      3. Internal transfers
      4. Salary adjustments
      5. Cessation
    • Ensure HR processes are consistently applied and properly documented.
  5. HR Reporting & Support
    • Assist in maintaining HR reports
    • Provide general HR administrative support and respond to basic employee HR queries.
