Financial Personnel (Chinese Speaking is Preferable):

• Accounting processing: Responsible for daily accounting, voucher entry, expense reimbursement review
• Report preparation: Prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement
• Tax management: Responsible for tax declaration
• Fund management: Monitor cash flow, prepare fund plans, and ensure safe and efficient fund turnover
• Requirement: Professional knowledge: Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and financial software

Purchasing Officer Coordinator (Chinese Speaking is Preferable):

• Purchase order management: Create purchase orders based on procurement plans or requirements, specifying material specifications, quantities, prices, delivery times, and other terms
• Supplier coordination and communication: Handling supplier inquiries, confirmation of delivery dates, feedback on quality issues
• Delivery time and inventory control: Dynamically adjust the priority of purchase orders based on production plans or project requirements to avoid material shortages or inventory backlog
• Document and Data Management, Document Processing

Warehouse Keeper (Chinese Speaking/English is Preferable):

• Material acceptance and storage
• Material inventory and reconciliation
• Warehouse environment maintenance
• Information system management
• Safety and Quality Management

QA (Quality Assurance) (Prefer Female):

• Understanding and Analysis
• Test Planning and Design
• Defect Management and Resolution
• Maintaining Quality Standards
