We’re looking for a dedicated and hands‑on Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Machang Bubok, Bukit Mertajam. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for managing deliveries, organizing inventory, coordinating logistics, and maintaining warehouse equipment.

While prior experience is preferred, we welcome fast learners and motivated fresh graduates who are ready to take on challenges and grow with us. Requirements
  • Fresh Graduation are welcome.
  • Able to work under Non- Office Environment, independent, disciplined, hardworking, and a fast learner.
  • Willing to work overtime and relocate if needed.
Responsibility
  • Checking all incoming and outgoing deliveries: Ensuring correct product, quantity, and undamaged condition.
  • Picking orders, packing, and labeling items.
  • Arranging incoming, unloading, and outgoing containers.
  • Scheduling containers.
  • Arranging lorry trips, delivery orders, and workshop maintenance.
  • Managing stock movements, including unloading, storing, stacking, loading, and distribution activities.
  • Controlling and organizing inventory.
  • Maintaining equipment, such as pallet jacks and lift trucks.
  • Complying with safety procedures in warehouse activities.
  • Communicating and coordinating with supervisors regarding warehouse-related issues.

Working days: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Overtime: Required based on the situation.

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and medical coverage, Annual leave and sick leave, Bonus, Basic Salary + Incentive + overtime + allowance.
