Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. The successful candidate will work closely with the Warehouse Operations and Administration Departments.

1. Supervise order picking, checking, packing, labeling, and staging processes.
2. Ensure high productivity and order accuracy among warehouse assistants.
3. Assist team members as needed.
4. Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures.
5. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
6. Monitor outbound orders and returns, update relevant personnel, and report on order status and KPIs.
7. Investigate and resolve discrepancies reported.
8. Maintain proper documentation for shipments and filings for easy retrieval.
9. Ensure timely PGI and GRed of outbound orders and returns within KPI lead times.
10. Monitor and replenish warehouse packaging materials.
11. Promote a safe and disciplined work environment.
12. Work on alternate Saturdays and overtime as necessary.
13. Work on a rotating shift basis:
14. Shift A: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Mon-Fri) and 8:30 am to 1 pm (Sat)
15. Shift B: 11:30 am to 8:30 pm (Mon-Fri)
16. Monitor and track KPIs regularly.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and SAP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, eager to learn.
• Knowledge of Good Warehouse Practices.
• Excellent communication and supervision skills.
• Own transport and willing to travel.
