Job description

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading of goods. This role supports warehouse activities for dry, chilled, and frozen products in accordance with operational and safety requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving and checking of incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Load and unload goods from lorries.
• Store goods at designated locations within the warehouse.
• Assist with basic stock arrangement and stock checking.
• Operate reach truck.
• Handle goods in dry, chilled, or frozen areas when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proven experience operating a reach truck is required.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willing to work overtime, shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.
