Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at CTS SOLUTION ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. in Krubong Melaka. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in the smooth running of our warehousing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming goods and materials
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting on stock levels
• Assisting with the organisation and management of the warehouse layout and storage systems
• Ensuring the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Supporting the wider logistics team with any ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail
• Confidence in using warehouse management systems and other relevant technology
• Good communication and teamwork skills to liaise with other departments
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem‑solving
