Responsibilities

To lead and guide warehouse/logistics subordinates to perform their daily tasks and oversee the operation overall operation.

To monitor and manage any issues pertaining warehouse/logistic operation.

To monitor and advise the teams to comply with Government rules and regulation.

To monitor and advise the teams for any shortfall in shipping, price escalation or any matters related to the shipment.

To act as the key liaison and follow up with Government authorities (Custom, MITI, MIDA & etc).

To develop key person / leader in warehouse & Logistic.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in international shipping arrangement/inbound or outbound document processing is a MUST.
• Knowledge in LMW background is advantages.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Preferably in Manufacturing with export-oriented.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate and have analytical skills.
