A leading automotive sales company is seeking a CARSOME Consultant to enhance the car-buying experience. The successful candidate will work in a high-energy sales environment, utilizing social media to generate leads and engage customers. Responsibilities include guiding customers through their purchasing journey, from inquiries to financing applications. Relevant sales and customer service experience is preferred. Qualifications
- Experience in sales and customer service in retail or automotive.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for generating leads.
- Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
Responsibilities
- Work in a high-energy sales environment with a focus on teamwork.
- Host live streams to showcase cars and engage with customers.
- Assist walk-in and online customers with inquiries.
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Complete all relevant records for seamless transactions.

Proficiency in using multiple social media platforms to generate leads and promote our product. This includes hosting live streams to showcase cars, engage with potential customers, and drive sales through interactive promotions.
Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, automotive, airline industry is preferred.
Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
