Customer Relations Executive | Aftersales

This is a full-time Customer Relations Executive | Aftersales role within the ABANG USEDCAR SDN. BHD. based in Puchong, Selangor. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients across all stages of their experience with our company.

What you'll be doing
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and concerns via phone, email and in-person interactions
  • Addressing customer issues and complaints, and working to find effective solutions
  • Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints after vehicle delivery
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with the wider team to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and correspondence
  • Handle disputes related to:
    • Vehicle condition
    • Warranty claims
    • Payment or documentation issues
    • Service quality concerns
  • Follow up with customers after resolution to ensure closure & convert complaints into retention opportunities
