Job summary
A leading retail company in George Town is hiring for a retail position focused on providing excellent customer service. The role involves advising customers, maintaining the store image, and supporting product replenishment. Candidates should have at least one year of retail fashion experience and a minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekdays, weekends, and Public Holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greets customers warmly and provides attentive service.
- Ensures that the store is in good shape, respecting company standards.
- Receives and rolls out products at the store when required.

- Greets customers warmly and provides attentive service by identifying their needs.
- Offering product advice, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.
- Uses product knowledge to handle objections, manage alterations, and build customer loyalty.
- Ensures that the store is in good shape, respecting the standards of the company’s image.
- Supports the display changes in the store as appropriate, following the standards of the company’s image.
- Incorporates new items in the store, following the visual merchandising criteria.
- Receives and rolls out products at the store when required.
- Constantly replenishes products from store to stockroom.
- Carries out any other merchandise management processes (packing overstock, changes in the organisation of the stockroom, etc.).
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields
- Knowledge of fashion and trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing to work on shifts, weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays
