Job summary

A leading pest control company in Malaysia seeks a motivated sales professional to implement business plans and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry, and be responsible for identifying new business prospects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional qualifications include excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with knowledge of Mandarin or Japanese being a plus. Qualifications

• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job description

To implement the business plan with proper market development plan as to achieve the business objective.

To plan & implement sales activities to meet assigned sales target.

To canvass / identify business prospects and development of new prospect.

Expand existing client’s portfolio via new products/ services.

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Provide suitable pest control solutions, sanitization, hygiene services & products to clients.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Marketing or Business or Science related field.

Minimum 2 years sales experience or possess working experience in pest control industry will be an added advantage.

Possess own transport (car) , willing to travel, attend site visit inspection and meeting with clients.

Good presentation skills, result oriented, dynamic, creative, self motivated and willing to accept challenge.

Must be able to speak / write in good English and BM. Able to liaise with associates of Mandarin or Japanese speaking customer will be an added advantage.

Must be computer literate. Required skill (s) : MS Office like Excel, Word, Power Point.
