Job summary

A leading telecommunication provider in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound calls and customer inquiries. You will follow up on customer complaints, work within a team to achieve high productivity, and participate in service improvement initiatives. A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service is required, along with proficiency in English. Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
