A retail company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. What you’ll be doing
Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
Be responsible for service request reception, entitlement check, registration and its distribution.
Maintain cleanliness of front desk and waiting area.
Identify customer needs or complaints and provide proactive solutions to improve their experience
Update customers on repair progress, charges, and timelines.
Coordinate with technicians and back office for smooth service flow.
