Job summary

• With customer service experience is added advantage.
• Willing to work in shifts, One day off (weekdays).
• Medically fit to work.

Responsibilities

• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about services or obtain details on their queries.
• Sell tickets as per customer request and needs.
• Meticulous and tidy at the opening and closing reports. Keep the counter clean.
• Boarding buses and checking in customers; number and tickets as per SOP.
