WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Advising customers
  • Greets customers warmly and provides attentive service by identifying their needs.
  • Offering product advice, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.
  • Uses product knowledge to handle objections, manage alterations, and build customer loyalty.
2. Maintaining the store image
  • Ensures that the store is in good shape, respecting the standards of the company’s image.
  • Supports the display changes in the store as appropriate, following the standards of the company’s image.
  • Incorporates new items in the store, following the visual merchandising criteria.
3. Providing support when receiving and replenishing products
  • Receives and rolls out products at the store when required.
  • Constantly replenishes products from store to stockroom.
  • Carries out any other merchandise management processes (packing overstock, changes in the organisation of the stockroom, etc.).
WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields
  • Knowledge of fashion and trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays
