Job summary
A construction firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a site supervisor to manage daily operations and coordination of construction activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with approved specifications, preparing site diaries and progress reports, and coordinating with relevant parties. You will also attend meetings, assist with inspections, and monitor safety and quality on-site. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in construction supervision.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day site supervision and coordination of construction activities.
- Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and submit daily site diary and progress reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters.
- Attend site meetings and technical discussions as required.
- Assist in preparation for CPC and CMGD inspections.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, safety, and report issues to the Project Manager.

Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Prepare and submit daily site diary, progress reports, and upcoming planning of works.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers onsite technical matters.
Attend site meetings, inspections, and technical discussions as required.
Assist in preparation and participation for CPC and CMGD inspections.
Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, safety, and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
