A leading consultancy firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR professional responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, managing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The ideal candidate should have a degree in HR or Business Administration, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. This role includes assisting with onboarding, handling HR correspondences, and supporting the HR Manager's tasks. Opportunities for professional growth are available.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, selection, scheduling virtual / in-person interviews, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts.
Preparation of HR & Administration department correspondences that include memos, appointment letters, confirmation/extension letters, transfers, promotions, acceptance of resignation, termination and any other correspondences.
Assisting in on-boarding and induction activities & off-boarding processes.
Manage HR operation such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc.
Maintain and update staff leave information e.g. annual leave / sick leave / maternity leave / examination leave / etc in the leave system and email to respective Department Heads.
Assist in other HR functions such as training, performance appraisal, policy review, etc.
Ensure HR Policies and SOPs are communicated and executed effectively.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. new / resigned, leave of absence/ balance, overtime, etc)
Maintain office supplies and maintaining proper stock level.
Fill in reception area as and when required.
Support the HR Manager’s daily task and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Candidate must process at least a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism
Good analytical skills, attention to details and multi-tasking abilities.
Well-versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Act will be an added advantage.
Proficient with Microsoft Applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)
Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results
