What You’ll Do In This Role
The primary purpose of this position is to perform work involving general engineering methods and tools. As an entry-level engineer, you will ensure that Integer’s internal and external customer expectations are met or exceeded under the guidance of more experienced engineers and managers.
- You adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, FDA regulations, company policies, and other regulatory requirements.
- Under supervision, you will select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to adapt and modify existing products and processes.
- You will review procedures and plans prior to implementation and evaluate existing products, processes, and materials for failure analysis and improvements.
- You will participate in projects to investigate, develop, document, and implement new product and process technologies of moderate complexity.
- You will work on technical projects following Integer’s quality and production methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- You will apply data analysis practices to establish root causes for failures or support improvements.
- You will observe products and processes to recognize discrepancies and follow detailed steps to establish root causes.
- You are expected to collaborate, ask questions, and check for understanding to support your development.
- You embed Quality within your engineering work, ensuring adherence to QMS, contributing to corrective actions, and supporting quality KPIs.
- You may perform other duties as assigned.

What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with 0-3 years of experience; or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Solid technical aptitude and effective communication skills.
- Calm demeanor and positive attitude.
