Job summary

A construction company in Johor Bahru seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations. Responsibilities include ensuring that all work meets quality standards and timelines, monitoring rectification progress, and coordinating with contractors. Candidates should possess at least SPM or equivalent, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

Job description

Oversee and carry out day-to-day site supervision.

Ensure all works are performed in accordance with approved standards, quality requirements, and within the timeline.

Monitor and inspect rectification progress, including architectural and M&E works, to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, procedures and customer expectations.

Report site progress, issues, and non-compliance to the Project Manager/Engineer.

Coordinate with contractors and the purchaser to resolve site-related matters.

Ensure site safety and adherence to regulations at all times.

High-rise maintenance experience is an added advantage.
