Product: UniCharge Shared Power Bank Machines
Location: Malaysia & South East Asia (Extensive Travel Required)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives and grow our business to the next level.

🔹 Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and achieve assigned sales KPI and revenue targets
  • Drive sales growth through purchaser acquisition and strategic partnerships
  • Travel extensively to promote and sell UniCharge Power Bank Machines to potential purchaser groups in Malaysia and South East Asia
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence
  • Conduct product presentations, business proposals, and negotiations with purchasers
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and distribution channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and provide strategic insights to management
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of machines
  • Prepare regular weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
🔹 Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably B2B, investment-based, or technology-related products)
  • Minimum 5 years Sales Experience. Preferably with sales experience in consumer product, insurance, property, network marketing, etc.
  • Strong sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with frequent travel locally and across South East Asia
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and strong self-discipline
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities
  • Good understanding of investment models, ROI concepts, or franchise-style sales (added advantage)
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with diverse investor groups). Mandarin is a must as need to deal with China suppliers and customers.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license
