We are looking for a strategic and results-driven HR Manager to oversee and guide our human resources function. This role is responsible for leading HR teams, shaping HR strategies, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and policy governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise لإنقibly HR teams, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, and Learning & Development.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management in decision-making and business planning.
  • Ensure HR strategies and initiatives align with organizational goals and company policies.
  • Oversee compliance with Malaysian labour laws, HR policies, employment contracts, and statutory obligations.
  • Monitor HR performance metrics and provide management with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and talent management through guidance and strategyеловек rather than direct execution.
  • Foster strong partnerships with department heads to integrate HR strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role leading HR teams.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labour law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic HR advice and drive workforce planning.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a focus on advisory and team supervision.
