A dynamic sales organization based in Johor Bahru, Johor, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business development for occupational health and safety products. The role involves managing and expanding product range, serving as a technical advisor, and developing strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, have at least 3 years of experience in sales, and have excellent communication skills. Achieving sales targets is essential, and a proactive, customer-focused approach is preferred.
AM Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd – Johor Bahru, Johor
Drive sales and business development for occupational health and safety products range: Aviation tools, rivets, drills, grinders , abrasives, tapes & adhesives , Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs);
Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities in various industries including manufacturing, aerospace, automotive and oil & gas industries to establish & cultivate strong business relationship with customers;
Manage and expand product range and usage in the assigned territory for sales growth;
Serve as technical advisor to customers, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs and requirements;
Conduct in-depth product demonstration, training and presentation to help customers discover and understand products/services and benefits;
Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and post-sale support;
Evaluate client application requirements and provide solutions;
Responsible for new accounts & new product development as well as maintaining existing customers;
Conduct regular visits/meetings with customers and attend verbal & written inquiries;
Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis;
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to stay informed and adjust sales strategies;
Attend trade shows, industry events and customer meetings to expand the customer base and keep up-to-date with industry trends;
Prepare & submit quotes, proposals, tenders or any technical documentation including monthly business review reports & other management reports that are required.
