We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with expertise in AI, cloud, and data centre technologies. The ideal candidate will identify and close new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate on go-to-market strategies to position our cutting-edge AI infrastructure solutions in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for AI data centre and GPU cloud services.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, AI leads, founders).
- Understand client needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions with our team.
- Collaborate with the Client to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for AI and data centre offerings.
- Support GTM project pitching efforts, including joint positioning of Bitdeer AI Cloud alongside UST AI solutions.
- Assist in identifying and prioritizing target customer segments and industry verticals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Provide presales support, including content development, proposal drafting, and participation in pitch meetings.
- Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations as needed.
- Offer both technical and commercial input to facilitate deal closures.
- Act as a liaison between the Client and relevant third-party vendors, as required.
- Analyse trends in AI infrastructure, hyperscale computing, and data centre modernization.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research relevant to AI and DC offerings.
- Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and competitive positioning.
- Maintain CRM records, track performance, and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Deliver training and enablement sessions to the Client’s internal sales teams, when requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience in technology (AI, Cloud, Data Centre, or IT infrastructure).
- Strong understanding of AI and cloud technologies (GPU compute, HPC, ML training).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
