- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Event Days: Weekend attendance when launches or campaigns require on‑ground support
About the Role
Seven Oaks is expanding its bakery brand presence and preparing for multiple new developments in 2026/2027. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Executive who can confidently drive brand direction, plan campaigns, manage content standards, and execute marketing activities with precision. This is a hands‑on creative & strategic role — ideal for someone who can think big, move fast, and execute end‑to‑end marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (Job Scope)

Brand Direction & Creative Consistency
- Develop, maintain, and protect the Seven Oaks brand identity across all outlets and communication channels.
- Ensure all visuals, packaging, captions, and in‑store materials follow a unified creative direction.
- Build a scalable brand framework to support expansion in 2026/27.
- Lead campaign moodboards, photoshoot direction, packaging proposals, and brand storytelling.

Marketing Planning & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns for: new product launches, seasonal festive drops, collaborations & limited editions, monthly feature products.
- Create campaign calendars and ensure efficient rollout across outlets.
- Coordinate internal teams (kitchen, ops, creative) to align campaign timelines and product readiness.

Content Development & Social Media Oversight
- Lead content direction for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Work with in‑house creatives or freelancers to produce videos, photos, and promotional materials.
- Generate or refine captions, scripts, and brand copy to maintain tone‑of‑voice.
- Review performance analytics and optimise content for reach, engagement, and conversions.

Internal Coordination & Production Management
- Work closely with outlet managers, operations, and bakery R&D to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Oversee in‑house production of marketing materials (menus, posters, price tags, displays).
- Liaise with vendors only when necessary: printers (packaging, collaterals), KOLs/influencers, event suppliers (major setups only).
- Maintain quality control across all outputs — internal and outsourced.

Market Insights & Product Innovation Support
- Research bakery, café, and lifestyle trends to guide product development and campaign direction.
- Provide insights to the R&D team for seasonal products, flavours, packaging ideas, and consumer preferences.
- Monitor competitor movements and consumer feedback to identify opportunities.

Performance Tracking & Budget Management
- Manage marketing budgets for campaigns and production.
- Track campaign performance, KOL effectiveness, and ROI.
- Prepare monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Event & Launch Execution
- Lead planning and execution for new outlet launches, seasonal events, media previews, and collaborations.
- Handle pre‑event planning, logistics coordination, content capture requirements, and on‑ground supervision.
- Ensure brand experience remains premium and consistent across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B, lifestyle, retail, hospitality or creative marketing.
- Strong portfolio or track record of brand building and campaign execution.
- Solid understanding of: creative direction, social media trends, consumer behaviour, visual and design fundamentals.
- Excellent coordination, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work fast, independently, and handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Bonus: Canva/Adobe skills, photography/videography familiarity, KOL management experience.
