This role is crucial in building engagement with our community, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting ongoing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for community management, social media execution, and assisting with paid ads, ensuring our platforms are active, engaging, and results-driven. This role suits someone extroverted, analytical, and highly adaptable.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, and paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok).
  • Moderate and manage Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and other community groups.
  • Respond to inquiries, feedback, and member interactions in a timely manner.
  • Create and run engagement activities such as polls, challenges, giveaways, and Q&As.
  • Foster a positive, fun, and safe community environment.
  • Familiar with Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok trends, LinkedIn, Twitter, tools, and ad platforms.
  • Creative mindset with basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Social Media Management
  • Plan, create, and publish content across social channels.
  • Develop engaging content (captions, stories, memes, short videos).
  • Support campaign rollouts (promotions, contests, launches, seasonal events).
  • Monitor comments and DMs, providing quick and friendly responses.
  • Work with the team to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
Ads & Campaigns
  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on budget allocation, target audiences, and campaign strategy.
  • Monitor ad performance and provide insights to improve ROI.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on community growth, engagement, campaigns, and ad performance.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling.
  • Ensure all content, visuals, and copies align with brand identity and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Tech‑savvy and adaptive: Comfortable using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and other digital platforms; quick to learn and navigate new software or dashboards independently.
  • Good eye for design and content: Understands visual aesthetics and audience preferences; able to evaluate whether visuals and ad copies match campaign goals and brand tone.
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals: Basic knowledge of marketing funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion); knows how SEO, SEM, and social media work together to drive results.
  • Strong communication skills: Confident in presenting strategies and updates to clients; communicates clearly with internal teams and understands client needs; manages multiple tasks with minimal supervision; takes ownership from proposal to execution and reporting; proactive in problem‑solving and performance optimisation; open to feedback and new ideas; keeps up with industry trends, updates, and tools; adapts quickly in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
