General Requirements

• Years of working experience: Minimum 3 years
• Important pre-requisite / must-have experience:
  • Managed and dealt before with clients (high-end clients preferred)
  • Manage & lead projects to handover
  • Priority for the candidate who managed before PREMIUM residential projects with Minimum bungalow level
• Qualification: Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
• Required languages: English (Good), BC (Good), Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skills:
  • Good speaking skill
  • Thorough thinker & Efficient executor
  • Highly efficient & no procrastination
  • Able to work independently without supervision throughout the process
  • Always reporting / updating automatically
• Software literacy: Autocad, Sketchup, Vray, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in architectural practice
• Former sales architect
