Responsibilities

Executive Producer

• Work with the executive producer to execute any project from start to finish.
• Duties include working with writers to develop and/or review a storyline and script, setting and managing the production budget, scheduling staff, gathering a filming crew, casting, managing the crew, set, and overall project production.
• Communicate and work with the clients to ensure the production schedule and plan are carried out smoothly.

Creative Direction

• Work with the executive producers, writers, and/or visual graphic artists to develop and/or review a storyline and script, set and manage the production budget, schedule staff, gather a filming crew, manage the crew, set, and overall production of a project.

Managing Production

• Supervise all aspects of the production.
• Coordinate the activities of the cast and crew, ensuring everyone is working together smoothly.
• Make decisions on set, direct actors, and provide feedback and guidance to the production team.

Post‑Production Supervision

• Oversee the editing and post‑production processes.
• Work closely with editors, sound designers, and visual effects artists to shape the final product.
• Provide input on editing choices, sound design, music selection, and overall pacing.
