Job summary
A reputable restaurant chain in Penang is searching for a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include supervising the crew, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential for this position.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant crew, kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock of supplies.
- Ensure all orders are prepared and served according to standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
